Azone Partners (Jpn) visited HICG on 28th, Oct

On 28th Oct, 2011, Mr. Seiichiro Kawazaki, partner of Azone Partners in Japan, visited headquarter office of HICG. Azone Partners is a Japanese consulting company that signed cooperation agreement with HICG. Its services cover M&A consulting, IPO advisory, financial consulting, IFRS advisory, entering oversea market etc. The core members of Azone Partners are professional accounting and law talents with rich experience and networking. Mr. Kawazaki is a chartered Japanese accountant, participating in multiple entities. He is also an author of several books about accounting. This time, Mr. Kawazaki only had two days in Shanghai, but he still spent the whole morning with HICG.
The themes for this meeting are about the feasibility of setting up a branch office of Azone in Shanghai, building up a platform of Sino-Japan M&A information, feasibility of Japanese mobile phone games entering into China and so on. Both HICG and Azone recognized there shall be numerous opportunities to collaborate. The two parties may start a substantial cooperation in March 2012.
